Meatloaf

Without going into all the details, (we do have some secrets to keep), this is a ‘House Fave’. Served with baked or mashed potato, our delicious green beans, and warm, fresh from the oven, dinner rolls. But you choose the sides.

 

 

Stuffed Green Peppers

Usually offered during the “pepper season”, these are large, shiny, fresh green peppers. Stuffed with a combination of ground sirloin, rice, onion, and topped with our homemade tomato sauce. Dusted with cheese and baked in the oven. Serve with warm bread.

 

 

Breaded Butterfly Thick Cut Porkchops

These thick cut chops are dredged in flour, egg wash, and then coated with an Italian blend of seasoned breadcrumbs. Baked in EVOO until tender and juicy. Served with your choice of sides.

 

 

 Turkey\Chicken & Dumplings

Talk about the ultimate comfort food! These will leave you dreaming about them again and again, once they’ve all been consumed. We start by first cooking the fresh turkey or chicken breast in a pot of seasonings, onion, celery, carrots, etc. Once cooked, cooled and shredded, the lean meat is returned to the pot and a stew is conceived and the dumplings are finally added. This is a meal in itself that your family will absolutely love!

 Ham&Bean Soup

It’s really not your typical Ham & Bean soup. Not really. Since ours is off the charts in comparison. It’s on the spicy side too. So, as long as that’s not an issue…, then we’re good. First, ONLY the best ham is selected. Then it is slow cooked in EVOO, spices, white wine, onion, garlic, and some bite sized red potato. Chicken broth is slowly added until a broth is conceived. Beans are added and the pot just simmers and fills the house with mouth watering aromas! Served with Corn bread. Yumsville! Serves 6 or more!  Freezes well.

 

 

Pork Roast

It all goes into one roaster: The roast itself. Potatoes, onions, garlic, carrots, fresh celery, seasons and herbs. About two – three hours later…, oh, you’ll be delighted. But really, the longer this baby roasts, the better! Served with fresh dinner rolls.

Ham & Scalloped Potaotes

Usually a Holiday meal, but why wait? Honey roasted ham, served with cheesy scalloped potatoes, green bean casserole, fruit cocktail salad and warm bread or rolls.

 

 

Shredded BBQ Pork

First, we use a good quality pork roast which is slow roasted in the oven with onion and seasonings. A few hours later and falling from it’s bone, the meat is shredded and BBQ is added. The BBQ is allowed to slow cook until the meat just melts in your mouth. Served on Sandwich buns, baked beans, corn on the cob, and roasted garlic red potatoes.

 

 

Baby Back BBQ Ribs

Succulent! That’s all we can say! Served with baked potato, green beans and warm rolls. Or, served with potato salad, baked beans and our homemade coleslaw and cornbread.
