Italian Salad- Mixed leafy greens, red onion, black olives and tomatoes, dusted with an Italian dressing and topped with crisps and parmesan. All of our Italian dishes are served with salad. Lettuce Wedge Cold lettuce wedges are served with tomato wedges and our own fresh, homemade blue cheese dressing. Garden Salad Lettuce, cherry tomatoes, radish, cucumber, onion, chredded carrot and your choice of dressing.
Bread Selections: Italian Sour Dough Rye Soft Dinner Rolls Bread Sticks Hawaiian Style Dinner Rolls Corn Bread Veggies: Green Beans- Simmered in bacon, oniob and garlic in a delicious beef broth Bacon Wrapped Garlic Asparagus Bundles- A bundle of asparagus wrapped in bacon, drizzled with garlic and evoo and roasted to perfection Asparagus with Hollandaise Sauce- Corn or Corn on the Cob- Well, we don't really need a description do we? Fresh Young Peas & Baby Carrots- Slow cooked together with butter, honey and seasoning Steamed Broccoli & Cauliflower- Roasted Carrots- Roasted in evoo, drizzled with garlic and orange and lightly seasoned Soups: Homemade Chicken & Rice Soup- Ohhh, music to your taste buds! We start with fresh, on the bone whole chicken, This is simmered in evoo, seasonings, veggies, onion, garlic and stock. When the chicken falls away from the bone, it is removed from the pot to cool and deboned, carefully disgarding any fat or scraps. The meat goes back into the pan along with the uncooked rice and broth and allowed to simmer until ready to serve. You won't be disappointed! Broccoli & Cheese- Made from scratch using fresh green broccoli and a creamy, cheesy base Manhattan Clam Chowder- Oh my! Just serve with a delicious warm bread from the oven! Made from scratch and using fresh clams in a tomato base. Vegtable Beef Soup- Warm up to this incredible tomato based italian style soup. All made from scratch and using fresh vegtables. Serve with a nice warm italian style cread is highly recommended! Ham & Bean Soup- Not your ordinary ham and bean soup, we promise you! Just a bit on the spicy side, we start with the finest cut of ham we can find. Cooked in evoo, garlic, onion, alcohol, and seasonings until tender and almost melt in your mouth. Small red potatoes are added with the beans and chicken stock. Serve with warm corn bread.
